Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your package. These fees will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected delivery method. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery time estimates will be provided during the ordering process.

Pickup at Workshop: You have the option to pick up your order at our workshop during the following hours:

  • Monday to Thursday, between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM
  • Friday, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Shipping to Quebec and Ontario: Delivery is free for all orders over $99 shipped to Quebec and Ontario.

Shipping to Other Provinces in Canada: Delivery is free for all orders over $200 shipped to other provinces in Canada.

Shipping to USA: Shipping fees to the United States are calculated based on the delivery address and package weight.

Parcel Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can track the progress of your package until delivery.

Delivery Address: Please ensure you provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

International Delivery: We offer international delivery where possible. Please note that customs fees, taxes, and other charges may apply according to local laws and regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
