Sizes

Size small: holds 17 ml, is 40 mm in diameter, and 62 mm in total length. Suitable for menstruators 18 or younger and who have not given birth vaginally.

Size medium: holds 25 ml, is 43 mm in diameter, and 67 mm in total length. Suitable for menstruators 25 or younger who have not given birth vaginally.

Size large: holds 30 ml, is 46 mm in diameter, and 67 mm in total length. Suitable for menstruators older than 25 or those who have given birth vaginally.

Determining menstrual cup size can be tricky because every body is unique. However, this TPE menstrual cup has one major advantage: it offers great elasticity, enabling it to adapt perfectly to the unique contour of your vagina. Size differences between cups are fairly minimal, and it's difficult to establish a universal method for determining sizes. Some brands use sizes A, B, C, others 1, 2, 3, while Green Umbrella uses the designations "Small", "Medium" and "Large".
