Oat Filled Heating Pad

Instructions for use

• Remove the cotton cover before heating the pad.
• Place it in the microwave in 35-second intervals. Do not overheat.
• Always check the temperature before use to avoid burns.
• Put the cotton cover back on and apply the pad to the area needing relief.

Care instructions

• Do not wash the pad filled with oats. Only the cotton cover is washable.
• Wash the cover in the machine with cold or warm water. Air dry or use a dryer.

• Pad: Filling: 100% whole oats. Fabric: 55% hemp, 45% organic cotton.
• Cover: 100% organic cotton.
